If you are pregnant and are experiencing no pain, we would recommend that you start seeing an osteopath from 36 weeks onwards to start preparing for birth. All osteopaths must undergo 4 years of training to obtain their qualification. During this time, they will complete many hours of supervised clinical work to gain the experience they need before entering a professional clinic environment.
