What is ANF therapy?
ANF (Amino Neuro Frequency) therapy is a non-invasive therapy designed to target and address the root cause of pain through the application of carbonised metal discs that are activated by body heat to release electrical frequencies. ANF is a painless therapy and results can be observed in as little as 5-20 minutes.
How does ANF therapy work?
All functions in our body are led by frequencies from the nervous system and these frequencies direct the body’s ability to self-repair and produce antioxidants. Broken or weakened frequencies result in dysfunctional muscles and organs and oxidative stress, which can cause dysfunctional tissues and inflammation.
ANF therapy uses discs made of carbonised metal, a material developed by NASA 20+ years ago, which are applied directly to the skin. This unique material has the ability to be charged with frequencies that can be released into, and received from, the body for up to 72 hours after application.

Initial consultation
During your initial consultation, one of our trained ANF therapists will assess your issue and pain thoroughly. The ANF Method includes an examination of your nervous system, lymphatic system, muscles, and joints through palpation, where required. Once we have identified the cause(s) of your issue or pain, we prepare a tailor-made ANF Therapy treatment plan which combines the use of different ANF Discs.
Follow-Up session
Follow-up sessions will be needed in order to carry out the ANF treatment plan and to re-apply discs where needed.
